We are always grateful for your time and feedback. Please fill out the following form to report any technical issues with your CUE device.



    This can be found at:

    • The bottom of the white CUE device gift box

    • The "Device Status" page in the CUE App


    Please provide any further information.



    This can be indicated by an amber or green light ring when the device is placed on the charging dock, and the dock is plugged in.

    On default stimulation settings, the device should last around 7 - 8 hours on a single charge.

    Press and hold down the center button of the CUE device for 25 seconds and let go.



    The CUE App version number can be found at the bottom of the "Menu" page of the CUE App. Please refer to the image below.
