Order refund request

We are sorry to hear that you are requesting a refund but we want to make this process as simple as
possible for you. Please fill out the following form with your details for us to process your refund.



    This can be found at:

    • The bottom of the white CUE device gift box

    • The "Device Status" page in the CUE App


    Collection details

    In order to process the refund, we will need to arrange a return for the CUE device. Please package your CUE device up as you received it. You may either use the parcel box that the device came in, or any other secure packaging method. We will provide you with a returns label which you can print and attach to the package. With this, you can either:

    1. Organise a pickup: A courier will come to collect the device from your desired location. This can be organised with the link provided on the label.

    2. Drop off at Post Office:Drop off the package at any Post Office at your own convenience.

    The team can help in case you are not able to print off the label.

    We would greatly appreciate it if you would like to get on a video or phone call with us to speak through your experience with the CUE device and Charco, and also to see if there is anything else that we can do for you?
