Andrew Mullen
Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Mullen has over 24 years of experience in the medical device and life sciences industries, with extensive expertise in operations, product development, quality management, regulatory affairs, manufacturing and market access.
David Preston
Chief Financial Officer
David Preston is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in strategic financial and commercial leadership, specialising in supporting early-stage biotech and medtech companies to prepare for growth.
Iain Strickland PhD
Chief Commercial Officer
Iain Strickland has over 12 years of experience in therapeutic medical device market access and commercialisation, combining a neuroscience education with commercial strategy and international business development.
Dr. Katrina Gwinn
Chief Medical Officer
Katrina Gwinn, MD, FAAN, is a neurological clinical device consultant with expertise in clinical studies, grant preparation, and FDA regulatory submissions. Kat has more than 150 peer-reviewed scientific articles published in journals such as Nature Genetics and The Lancet.
Keith Park PhD
Technical R&D Lead, EVP
Keith Park has over 27 years of experience in medical device and robotics R&D, including as Corporate VP of Samsung Electronics’ Health and Medical Equipment Business, with expertise in product development, innovation, leadership and commercialisation.
Andy Kim MBA
General Manager, South Korea
Andy Kim has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, specialising in total quality management for manufacturing, quality and regulatory affairs.

Charlie Alvarez is the CEO of Stratus Inc. and a non-executive director at Neuronostics. Charlie has held senior roles at DCI Health Technology, Sotera Wireless, and co-founded Watermark Medical.

Anne Dobrée is an Investment Director at Parkwalk and serves on multiple early-stage company boards, including the University of Melbourne’s commercialisation office and an advisory role with Innovate UK.
