Through our research, we have found the strap allows you to hold the device around your sternum while providing comfort and offering a reliable alternative to the adhesive for many users with sensitive skin.
We understand that every individual’s needs are unique, and this may not be the perfect fit for everyone. To ensure that you are able to try the strap properly, we are offering an extended return period of three months, during which you can return the strap for a full refund if it doesn’t suit your needs.
The strap is available in 2 sizes:
Shorter length – 105cm – for chests around 85cm – 95cm
Longer length – 115cm – for chests around 95cm – 105cm
Please measure your chest to ensure that you select the correct size.

The strap wraps around the wearer’s chest, and is worn under the clothes to hold the CUE device securely against the sternum. The CUE device is placed in a small casing, which attaches securely to the strap. It features an easily adjustable Velcro fastening for a hassle-free fit. Made from breathable, medical-grade material, the strap is gentle on the skin and ensures comfort during wear, while the flexible casing keeps your CUE device firmly in place.

Instructions for Use
HOW TO WEAR AND USE
- Please unfold the strap and remove the casing from the packaging box.
- Place the CUE1/CUE1+ device upside down in the casing, with the button side facing the inner face of the strap casing.
- You can switch “ON” the CUE device before placing it inside the casing, or switch it “ON” later by pressing the rough face of the casing.
- Please remove the device side hook patch by peeling it off.
- Place the rough face of the casing on the strap soft loop part, which has a smaller surface area.
- Position the casing with the CUE device on your preferred location on your sternum.
- Hold it in place with one hand.
- Using your other hand or with the help of a caregiver, wrap the longer end of the strap around your body, passing it underneath your armpit.
- Bring the hook part of the strap (which is beneath the leather part) in front of your sternum.
- Once you are comfortable with the placement, attach the strap’s hook/rough surface part to the strap’s loop/soft surface part. Your CUE1/CUE1+ device is now ready to use with the strap.
Warning: If you experience any of the following side effects please remove the straps immediately and contact your doctor or nurse: itchiness, redness, irritation, burning, swelling or any form of discomfort.
Warning: The strap is not intended to be used on open wounds, broken, inflamed or infected skin.
Cleaning and Care
If your strap is dirty, please remove the device and its attached case. Gently hand wash the strap cloth with a mild soapy solution or just water.
Avoid using strong detergents, and do not wash the leather part. Make sure it is thoroughly dry before wearing it again.
