COMMUNITY HOURS

Charco Community Hours are a series of online live sessions to support you with managing your symptoms and living well with Parkinson’s.

Hosted by specialists, Charco Community Hours offer a range of activities for the body and the mind, such as mindfulness, yoga, and art classes. There’s something for everyone, and we would love to see you join as many of our sessions as you wish.

Charco Community Hours are entirely held over Zoom and fully sponsored, and are free for you to join.

Reach Your Peak sessions give you the tools, self belief and support that you need to be your own expert and to exercise effectively to reduce your symptoms and live well with Parkinson’s.

MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness helps you to better understand yourself and enjoy the moment you live in. A series of eight sessions that benefit your mental health and help you to achieve clarity and focus.

YOGA

Yoga encourages your mobility, flexibility, balance, and posture, and can be done by those of any level of mobility. Join other community members for a session of seated or standing yoga.

ART CLASS

Bring out your inner artist and learn how to express your emotions creatively! Art sessions develop visual-cognitive skills and improve confidence.
